The apartment is designed for up to 4 guests across two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room.
Yes. The apartment and estate are well suited to families with children. Please note the swimming pool area and ensure appropriate supervision at all times.
Air conditioning is available and must be pre-booked before arrival. Please include this request in your enquiry.
Yes. Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment for cooler months. This is charged locally at €15 per day.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available within the apartment.
The heated panoramic swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October each year.
The pool is shared with other apartments within the Spereto estate. In practice, the estate is small and the pool area is consistently calm and private in character.
12 metres × 6 metres, with a depth of 2.20 metres. Sun loungers and a parasol are provided for each apartment. There is also a poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, and outdoor kitchen area.
The estate is located 3 km from the village of Montaione in Tuscany. The nearest airports are Florence (Peretola/FLR, 60 min), Pisa (PSA, ~75 min), and Bologna (BLQ, ~90 min). A hire car is strongly recommended.
Yes, free parking is available on the estate. Please note the parking area is not directly adjacent to the apartment. On arrival, a golf cart will escort you and your luggage to the front door.
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Arrivals after 18:00 incur a late arrival fee of €50, payable locally. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please mention this in your enquiry and we will confirm.
Yes, a hire car is essential. The estate is in a rural setting and the region's most rewarding destinations — San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence — are all best reached by road.
A restaurant and tennis court are located approximately 1 km from the estate. Montaione village (5 min drive) offers local trattorias and markets. We are happy to share our personal recommendations on request.
Absolutely. The Val d'Elsa region has excellent wine estates and olive oil producers. We can suggest specific visits based on your interests.
