The Estate
Borgo di Spereto
Spereto is a carefully developed residential and holiday estate built on a hillside near Montaione, in the province of Florence. The project was conceived to honour the best of Tuscan rural architecture — natural stone, traditional craftsmanship, generous outdoor space — while delivering contemporary comfort and long-term quality.
The estate comprises a small number of private apartments, each with its own character, private outdoor space, and access to shared areas including the panoramic heated pool. The result is an unusually calm and considered place — nothing feels hurried or compromised.
Casa Pendolino occupies one of the most private and characterful positions within the estate.
